A quick comic strip I felt like making which expresses how I feel about the new Eeveelution. I know not's particularly brilliant, but that's what happens when I do this in half an hour lol. If you're wondering why Rayquaza has V-Create, it's because there was an event in japan a while ago which had a Rayquaza which had V-create.

I like froakie and the new legendaries. Plus, it isn't a Mewtwo evolution, it's just a transformation, like how Deoxys, Giritina, Kyurem, and Melloeta transform. I know Keldeo trans forms too, but that is sort of permanent, that is if you want it to keep the move secret sword.

I've been to the website several times. It is just an alternate form. Legendaries don't evolve. It also says that it is a new pokemon with an old look. It is still Mewtwo, just an alternate form. It would be ridiculous to give Mewtwo an evolution. It would be ridiculous to give any legendary an evolution since it would take away the uniqueness of all legendaries: Being powerful without the need of evolving. Granted there are Pokemon which don't evolve and have good stats e.g Pinsir, but legendaries always have a stat total of 580+, and their stats are always fairly balanced, excluding Deoxys, but it can change it's stats anyway.

Also, of course it is going to say, "who is this new pokemon?". They're not exactly going to give it away as soon as they announce it. By creating a new form, you are in some way, creating a new pokemon, since it is NEW and it looks different. Taking away Mewtwo's original look, is like shooting the franchise in the leg. It won't be able to stand up like it use to.

Am I the only one who thinks it looks like a Milotic? Just look at them compared against each other.

Sylveon has those things coming out of it's bows.
Milotic has those on it's face.
They look so similar in color schemes too :noes:

I agree, it does look like milotic as well. I just saw Victini in it mostly at first since victini and sylveon have the same body colour, and the head shape is almost the same shape, and they have the same eyes.

I see him as more of an Oshawott. But I now you mention it, it does resemble Dewott as well. Also thanks for the fav :)
